Marketing Manager , Acquisition - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Acquisition Marketing and working in a high performing team you will be responsible for:
Managing the development and implementation of integrated national marketing campaigns to support new business acquisition and targets
Writing and briefing the digital and advertising agencies on advertising creative and website content
Managing the approval process internally with all stakeholders including legal and compliance
Daily management of national advertising media plans with a heavy skew to online to ensure budgets and key performance metrics meet target
Coordinating the end to end process for online and direct marketing acquisition campaigns where required including planning and budget management, agency briefings, creative development, campaign optimisation and reporting
Coordinate PR, social media and cross sell campaigns with the company's PR, Customer Marketing and Digital teams
Review/update marketing materials & sales collateral as required ensuring that all materials are compliant with statutory guidelines, legal and compliance requirements
Prepare regular campaign and customer acquisition reports and present to senior management when required
Budget management
To be successful in this role you will have:
Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications or commerce or similar are essential
Experience in managing direct response acquisition campaigns
Min 4
years experience in above-the-line and online marketing
Media planning and implementation experience
Budget management experience
Demonstrated campaign tracking, reporting and analytical skills in Excel
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Open to background in consumer acquisition marketing but financial services, mortgages, insurance, utilities, or telecommunications would be highly regarded
You will have excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, be results orientated, proactive in your approach to work and have a positive attitude.
